Unable to log into Reporting and Monitoring page

Retain Unified Archiving 4.x


In the Retain Admin Console, select the Reporting link which opens the following URL in a new tab:

When attempting to log in as the same admin user that was used to log into Retain, the error 'Call failed for authentication' appears.

In the RetainStatsServer log, will see the following:

In the Retain Admin Console, select the Reporting and Monitoring link under Configuration.

Select the Configuration tab and update the R&M Server password.

Once the updated password has been saved, upload a new bootstrap file and the admin authentication will now work.
