Environment

GroupWise Monitoring and Reporting (Redline)
SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 15

Situation

With the gwrm.rpm installed on a SLES15SP1 server openssl is broken.

Running the command:  openssl version

Results in this error

openssl: relocation error: openssl: symbol BIO_f_zlib, version OPENSSL_1_1_0 not defined in file libcrypto.so.1.1 with link time reference

Resolution

Ensure you are running GWRM 18 build 1649 or later.
Move the libcrypto and libssl that GWRM copies into /lib64 to /opt/beginfinite/redline/bin, making sure that you move them not copy them so you don't leave a copy in /lib64.
Remove the obsolete symbolic links
