After moving POA to new server, users unable to connect with the GroupWise client

Environment

GroupWise 18

Situation

Admin moved GroupWise Post Office to a new server. The POA loads and shows listening on port 1677 but users are still unable to connect on port 1677.

Resolution

Disable the server firewall or add exceptions for GroupWise ports.
