Cannot get GroupWise Mailbox management to connect to PRIMARY Domain

GroupWise Mailbox Management (Vertigo) 18

Situation

When GroupWise Mailbox Management (Vertigo) is trying to connect to GroupWise getting error:

"I could not connect to the selected domain. Please make sure you select the PRIMARY domain directory or the proper IP address.
Could not find GroupWise domain database.
Update Novell Client32 to the latest version and try again, or check username and password."

Resolution

This is a known issue with GroupWise Mailbox Managment 18.0.1.77. Please open an SR and request 18.0.1.81 or higher.
