GroupWise Messenger 18
Situation
When trying to upgrade an existing version of GroupWise Messenger
18, it will in some cases fail with a warning that the Arango
database could not be completed. The install must be forced to
complete before you can run the rpm -e command.
Resolution
Run
Rpm –Uvh –force arangodb3
tab out of the update.
Then run
rpm –e arango
tab out of this command. The install of the database will complete and now the upgrade can be preformed
