Retain Unified Archiving 4.x
Situation
When running Mailbox Deletion, the logs show the following line:
Looking for any mailbox that does not have archived messages and is mistakenly defined as active...
What does this mean?
Resolution
Customers will only pay for a Retain license for each user that has archived data stored in Retain.
A check was added when running Mailbox Deletion to ensure that any empty mailboxes are not active and will not be using a license.
