Micro Focus Content Editor
Situation
When choosing the menu options for a file within the Filr browser interface, an option of "Edit Online" should show if the Content Editor is configured. In this case, that option is missing.
The Edit Online option shows using the Filr Desktop Client.
Resolution
Uncheck the "Disable file downloads" option. This is done by:
- Go to the Administration Console
- Click "Web Applications"
- Listed under the System section
- Uncheck "Disable file downloads"
Cause
The Edit Online option is disabled when the "Disable file downloads" option is selected.
