Retain Unified Archiving 4.9
Situation
After upgrading to Retain 4.9 on Windows 2008, Tomcat will not load.
In the log file, will see the following:

Resolution
Retain 4.9 is not supported on Windows 2008 servers. Nor is MSSQL 2008 supported with 4.9.
The Windows server and MSSQL must be upgraded to version 2016 or higher.
