Seeing duplicate system folders in the GroupWise client

"Sent Items" cannot be found in the client. 
Seeing a "Sent Items.dup1" in the client.
GWcheck Analyze/Fix Database with structure, contents, fix problems did not resolve the issue.
GWcheck Structural Rebuild did not resolve the issue.


The Sent Items folder is missing or hidden in a sub folder somewhere. If the Sent Items folder or any System folder i.e. Inbox, Work in Progress, etc. are missing or misplaced then a folder reset is necessary to resolve the issue.

Run a GWcheck against the user. Use the Analyze/Fix Database option with contents and fix problems checked. Go to the Misc tab. Enter support option: folderreset
