Situation
After downloading and applying a license from https://licenses.gwava.com, the license shows as invalid.
Resolution
The file extension is usually dropped off when downloading from licenses.gwava.com. Please add the .pem extension to the file downloaded from licenses.gwava.com and re-upload the license to the Retain Admin web ui.
