iPrint Appliance 4.0 Online Update results in rpm conflict messages

Attempting to update the iPrint Appliance server from 4.0 to 4.0.4 using the "Online Update" feature results in:

The Update process has reported a warning or error.  Review the returned text below:

Problem: patch:iPrint-4-2019-56-1.noarch conflicts with novell-iprint-client-6.20.0-0.11.1.noarch
Solution 1: Following actions will be done:
install novell-iprint-client-6.20.0-0.25.1.arch (with vendor change)
SUSE LLC <https://www.suse.com/> --> Novell, Inc.

The error is not seen if upgrading from 4.0.3 to 4.0.4. But, as of January 23 2020, there is no method to upgrade to 4.0.3 because 4.0.4 has been released and must be applied as part of the Update Now functionality.

Contact Micro Focus Support to obtain a Field Test File.  Refer to Bug 1161795. The SR will be closed as NO CHARGE.

After the FTF is applied, simply click the Update Now button.

4.0.4 was released 23JAN2020
