GroupWise Mailbox Management (Vertigo) 18.0.1
After upgrading to GroupWise 18.2, when trying to view certain tabs on users accounts, will get an error:
A WebException occurred. Either the IP address/DNS name provided on the connection screen is incorrect or your GroupWise server(s) aren't excluded or bypassed in the Proxy Settings of Internet Explorer. Please check the tracelog.txt file after enabling Debugging/.NET Tracing from the Main Menu.
After selecting close on the error window, another error will pop up:
Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
In the Mailbox Management log file, the following error is seen:
System.Net.WebException: The request was aborted: Could not create SSL/TLS secure channel.
Open a service request with GroupWise technical support and request version 22.214.171.124 or higher.
