Situation
When a user selects reply to all to an email that includes a resource it does not populate the resource.
Resolution
This is due to the Resource being the wrong Resource Type. There are three types of Resources. Resource, Place, and Role.
In order for a Resource to have the "Reply to All" functionality, changing resource type from Resource to Role will have to be done.
To do that, login to the GroupWise Admin console. Go to the Resourcs object. Select the Resource that needs this "reply to all" functionality. On the General tab of the Resource, go to Resource Type: and select Role. Then save and close.
