Situation
You have users who in a PO set to TZ Brazil. Any item they send show being sent one hour earlier. Workstation time is correct, the server time where PO runs is also correct.
Resolution
Since 2019 Brazil stopped with using DST.
Therefore, once a winter time took place, emails do not show correct time stamps.
You will need to go into gwadmin console -> System -> Time Zones and find Brazil. Edit this TZ and disable DST.
After that you will need to rebuild any domain / PO that uses this TZ.
Note, already sent items would not be corrected and still will show "wrong" time as those are already recorded in databases with wrong time stamp calculation.
