Filr 3.x Windows Clients

Situation

Multiple pop-ups are appearing on the Windows Desktop with the Filr client installed.  The pop-up windows have the title of "Filr Downloads".

Resolution

Install the Filr Client for Windows version 4.1 or later.

Cause

A defect in the code.
