Retain fails with error "javax.net.ssl.SSLException: No PSK available. Unable to resume."

Situation

The problem was seen on a large Retain request of 4000 items. The concern would be archiving large amounts of data for new customers. For existing customers, there should not be such a large amount of items being archived.

Resolution

Add the following switch to the POA startup file.

--ssloption "SSL_OP_NO_TLSv1_3" for GroupWise running on Linux

/ssloption-"SSL_OP_NO_TLSv1_3" for GroupWise running on Windows
