CSV Import producing 502 Bad gateway error

Retain Unified Archiving 4.x


When trying to import Android mobile devices in a CSV file through Cloud Mobile Service, seeing the following error:

Contact Micro Focus Retain support. There could be a possible network communication issue or the Cloud Mobile Service could be off-line.
