Unable to change network password

When attempting to change the user's password using Ctrl-Alt-Del > Change a password, the user gets a prompt for "Change a password" instead of the expected "Change a network password". As a result, it is not possible to change the eDirectory (network) password.


Remove the HP Client Security Manager software.


The HP Client Security Manager is preventing the "Change a network password" prompt from appearing.
