HTTP 401 Starting Role and Resource Driver

When starting the Role and Resource Driver the following error is received.

A HTTP 401 error is an authentication error with the Role and Resource Driver, trying to authenticate into User Application.

Verify your authentication information is correct on the Role and Resource Driver properties.

The User Application administrator username and password must be set in the User Application Identity & User Application Password under the Driver Parameters of the Driver Configuration tab AND in the User Application Password under Named Password tab
