Unable to see Office 365 tasks on an unlicensed shared mailbox

Directory Resource Administrator 9.2.x

Situation

DRA can be configured to manage a hybrid Microsoft Exchange environment; which consists of both on premise and cloud based Microsoft Office 365 Exchange. In this situation it is possible to migrate an on premise hosted Microsoft Exchange mailbox of recipant type Shared Mailbox to a cloud based Microsoft Office 365 Exchange environment. This newly migrated mailbox does not have to be assigned any Office 365 licenses. Post mailbox migration a DRA Office 365 and Managed Domain accounts cache refresh will detect the new mailbox. When using DRA to manage the unlicensed shared mailbox, the Office 365 tasks will be greyed out.

Resolution

This issue is resolved within the DRA 10.0.x version. The mailbox will be treated as it own unique managed object type within DRA.
