Situation

GroupWise -> Help -> Ideas Forum (enhancement request) links to an external site (microfocus.com) which may mislead users who believe it is possible to log support incidents here.

Resolution

Change the URL
  • GroupWise Admin -> Post Office or Domain -> Client Options -> Integrations -> Tutorial -> Training and Tutorial URL

A bug (#1121885) has been identified whereby this setting is not honoured in WebAccess.
