Situation

After upgrading the IOS app then when attempting to access the authentication prompt the error message: "Bad Signature" is displayed.

Resolution

Upgrade AAF servers to version 5.6 or later.

Cause

The newer IOS application requires changes in the smartphone method. These changes are included in AAF 5.6 or higher.
