Agent crashing after upgrading to CG 5.1.

Environment

Change Guardian 5.1

Situation

Upon installation of Change Guardian Windows Agent version 5.1 the agent no longer remains started. 
Windows Agent won't stay started and keeps crashing. 
Events aren't triggering because the windows agent fails to stay started after installing CG 5.1.

Resolution

To resolve this issue apply Change Guardian for Windows Agent 5.1.0.0 Hotfix 1.  Once installed then deploy the agent hotfix to all agents.  

Cause

The Change Guardian for Windows 5.1 has an issue with an internal setting that is conflicting and causing the agent to stop abruptly and not restart.
