Users defined as Administrators are unable to run Reports | System Error Logs

Filr 3.4 Administration

Situation

If a user has been assigned as an Administrator and they try to download the System Error Logs, they are taken to a new window in the browser with the following error:
HTTP Status 400 - File error: I/O error: /vastorage/filr/temp/13/logfiles6811489336174253493.tmp (No such file or directory)

message File error: I/O error: /vastorage/filr/temp/13/logfiles6811489336174253493.tmp (No such file or directory)

description The request sent by the client was syntactically incorrect.

Resolution

A fix has been made available with Filr 3.4.2 and later code, available over the Filr update channels.
