Situation
Bad Gateway error when trying to proxy to another user account with
"Remember Me" option set.
Error:
Bad Gateway! Error 502
The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream
server.
The proxy server could not hand the request POST
/gw/webacc.
Reason: Error reading from remote server
If you think this is a server error, please contact the
webmaster.
Resolution
This has been reported to engineering. The workaround is to
log out of WebAccess and uncheck "Remember Me" then log in and
proxy. If the browser is stuck on 502 error at the login screen,
clear browser cache and cookies and try logging in again.
This has been fixed in GW 18.0.2 FTF build 132116 or newer.
