Workflows designed to trigger off of incoming exchange messages are not working after upgrade

Environment

Aegis 3.4
Directory & Resource Administrator 9.2

Situation

Upgraded Aegis to 3.4 and DRA to 9.2. Workflows that were designed to trigger from incoming Exchange messages stopped working. Aegis isn't creating events when receiving new messages.

Resolution

Uninstall Outlook and install the 64 bit version of Outlook.

Cause

Aegis 3.4 supports only the 64 bit version of Outlook 2016 and Outlook 2010
