After upgrade to GMS 18 - Requests directory fills up over time and needs a cleanup routine

GroupWise Mobility Service 18

Situation

After upgrading to GMS 18 build 280, over time the /var/lib/datasync/mobility/requests directory fills with content that is not cleaned up. One symptom of this issue is that the drive where GMS is running fills up quickly.

Resolution

A patch can be obtained through the GroupWise Support Team if the intention is to stay on that build. An upgrade to Mobility will also fix the issue as the fix is included in all releases after build 280.
