Situation

When expanding a GroupWise post office in GroupWise mailbox management, a list of the users show up with user icons next to them. What do the Red and Green User Icons Represent?

Resolution

A Green User Icon represents a user that the login information, and initial creation, is tied to GroupWise only. 

A Red User Icon represents a user that the login information, and initial creation, is tied to both GroupWise and NDS/eDirectory.
