After upgrade to Windows 10 1803, RDP login fails

Environment

Windows 10 April 2018 Update, version 1803
Client for Open Enterprise Server 2 SP4 (IR9)

Situation

After upgrading to Windows 10 version 1803, RDP will not work if the user is already logged in and OES client is installed. The error "Incorrect user name or password" is displayed and the RDP session cannot be authenticated.

The same error may appear when attempting to unlock the workstation.

Resolution

Fixed in Client for Open Enterprise Server 2 SP4 (IR10) and later.
