Micro Focus Filr 3.3

Filr allows the built-in administrator user (admin) to create additional site administrators (or Direct Administrators) as documented in the Filr Administration Guide. These direct administrators can carry out various administrative tasks such as defining new Net Folder Servers or Net Folders, adding or modifying users and groups, running LDAP and Net Folder syncs, etc. When a Filr Activity report is run, some of the administrative tasks that may have been carried out by a Direct Administrator are listed as being carried out by the built-in Filr Administrator (admin) user.

For example: Direct Administrator user 'jdoe' logs into Filr and adds a new Net Folder Server and a new Net Folder. When an Activity report is run, it shows the tasks of creating the Net Folder Server and Net Folder but the user doing this operation is listed as 'admin' not 'jdoe'.

A fix for this issue is available in Filr 3.4 Update.
