Filr login fails with error HTTP Status 500 No row with the given identifier exists

Environment

Micro Focus Filr 3.3

Situation

In a clustered Filr deployment (with 2 or more Filr application servers), users attempting to login receive a HTTP 500 Error and unable to authenticate and access Filr:

HTTP status 500 No row with the given identifier exists: [org.kablink.teaming.domain.Group#1201]

Shutting down all Filr application servers and Restarting them resolves the problem.

Resolution

A fix for this issue is available in Filr 3.4 Update.
