GroupWise Mailbox Management (Vertigo)
After connecting to the GroupWise system with GroupWise Mailbox Managment (GWMM), any user that is on the Primary Domain and Post Office all of the settings (Address Book, Folders, Rules etc...) can be viewed no problem. For the secondary post offices several errors may appear:
Redirect user to different post office. "
Note: Error 59923 when converted from Hexadecimal results to EA13 GroupWise error code, which relates to SOAP not able to locate the user via SOAP on the post office.
When clicking on rules another error may appear:
"Object reference not set to an instance of an object"
This error indicates that it is unable to connect to the user and view any of the settings.
This is causes by the post office agents not all being set to the same parameters and requirements for SOAP, specifically the SSL.
All post offices in the GroupWise system will need to have the SOAP SSL setting to be set either to required or to disabled. Having a mixed system of SSL and disabled for SOAP will throw those errors and not allow the settings to be viewed in GWMM.
SOAP SSL not set the same on all post offices.
