Situation

The ZAPP reference in the Windows "Run" registry key gets removed during a Windows 10 1803 Feature Upgrade if the reference to ZAPP-Launcher.exe is not the full literal path without the use of any variables.
 

Resolution

Update the "ZAPP" registry key to use a full literal path prior to upgrade or restore the value after upgrade.

Note: ZENworks 2017 Update 2 creates the value with a variable reference, since the issue never existed prior to Windows 10 v1803.  Future versions of the agent are expected to use a Full Literal Path.
