Service Desk 7.5 Quick Calls
Service Desk 7.5 Std Edition Quick Calls

Situation

Only affects Service Desk v7.5 Standard Edition (Help Desk License).
Service request Quick Calls created through Group Templates are not listed under Group Analysis tab for use.


Resolution

Call support for Official FTF created for v7.5 Std edition

Additional Information

The Quick Call Template will not appear in Service Requests but does appear with Incident.
