Root Folder Shows as Node0 and Multi-User Report for Folders Are Blank

Environment

GroupWise Mailbox Management (Vertigo) 2.0.1

Situation

When clicking on Folders in vertigo the root folder shows as node0. 

Also, when running the multi-user mode generating a folder report it shows nothing in the report for the users on the post office.

An error in the log states there is no root folder for the user.

Resolution

This problem is caused by the version of GroupWise, specifically GroupWise 14.2.2 Build 128213-128215

Upgrade to latest build of GroupWise 14.2.2 -129832 or above.
