Situation

Some users fail to sync with NURM rights map using NetIQ IDM due to NITERR_ENTRY_NOTFOUND

Resolution

Reported to engineering

Cause

If the eDirectory and AD usernames do not match, NURM incorrectly detects the AD user and is unable to find it in AD.
