Situation
After clean install of SLES12SP3 and GroupWise 18 WebAccess, when attempting to get to the WebAccess login page, will receive an error: Unable to Connect.
Followed KB 7022540 to ensure SSL is enabled on Apache.
Server does not appear to be listening on port 443.

Resolution
Edit the etc/sysconfig/apache2 file, and ensure the APACHE_SERVER_FLAGS=" " has "SSL" between the quotes to look like this: APACHE_SERVER_FLAGS="SSL"
Restart Apache and verify access to the WebAccess login page.
