Environment

Micro Focus iPrint Appliance 3.1

Situation

When trying to install a printer from the iPrint Portal (https://<address>/print/printers) using Chrome or IE, the installation page alerts the user to login, even though the user is already logged in. The user will not be able to install the printer until after he/she refreshes the page.

Resolution

Apply iPrint Appliance 3.1 Patch 2 thru the channel

Cause

There is a problem with rendering the UI to display printers.
