Members of SMG custom roles are unable to login

If a user, who is only a member of a custom role (and no further system role), tries to login into Quarantine Management System, the user will receive an (52) Access Denied error message.


The custom role does not have rights to the QMS folders.
Under System Management / File System Rights / QMS interface, check the custom role to have access to the QMS folders.
