iPrint Portal page is blank in Internet Explorer 11

Accessing the iPrint Portal page via Internet Explorer 11 displays a blank page.


Check the Compatibility View settings in IE11 and remove the IP or DNS entry of the server hosting the iPrint Portal page from the list. 
To access the Compatibility View settings in IE11, go to Tools (Alt+X) and select Compatibility View settings.


Any IP address or DNS of a server hosting web pages that is added to the Compatibility View list causes Internet Explorer to load said web pages in IE5 compatibility mode.  IE5 is unable to understand the script commands used to display the iPrint Portal page.
