Situation

The overall performance of the user interface is degraded when there are a large number of Vibe users who are members of a large number of groups. Operations like loading a workspace or browsing the workspaces and folders tree takes significantly more time for a regular user as opposed to the "admin" user.

Resolution

A fix for this issue is available for Vibe 4.0.3 - Patch 1. Please contact Micro Focus Customer Care with reference to this TID for further assistance.
