Situation
In the webacc.cfg file under the Security section there is only
this entry for timeout values:
Security.timeout=20
It was changed to:
Security.Private.timeout=480
On the login screen the Private/Public computer selection is not available.

Resolution
This is working as designed. This option has been removed and replaced by the remember.me setting in the webAcc config file. That setting is disabled by default.
