GroupWise 2014 R2 Support Pack 2
When a regular user is logged into a Windows 10 workstation, they are unable to create a personal address book in GroupWise. There are no errors. The create looks like it is going to work but when control to the client is given back to the user a few seconds after the create, the new PAB is not there.
There was a problem with MAPI. The fix is to do the following:
1. Close the GW client and Address book
2. Open Control Panel.
3. Search for mail and click on Mail (Microsoft Outlook) (32-bit).
4. Click on Show Profiles...
5. Select 'Novell GroupWise' and then click remove and yes.
6. Start GW.
