Blueprint Jobs Do Not Run

Blueprint for Reload

Situation

When running Blueprint job, especially for the first time, reports are not generated, and e-mails are not sent.

The Blueprint log shows the following error: 

 The version of the post office is incompatible with the version of GWCHECK installed on the Reload server.


Resolution

Download the latest version of GroupWise, and install the GroupWise server on the Reload/Blueprint server. 
Run the install.sh and install the admin service. Once installed, run the Blueprint job again.

Cause

This is caused by Reload having installed an older version of the GroupWise Admin service than the actual GroupWise system.
