Situation
Analytics Server shows green light under health column but if you click on the IP address you get "Server is not reporting"
netstat -nat | grep 1444 gives no results.
JCC log: /var/opt/novell/nam/logs/jcc/jcc-0.log.0 shows: java.net.BindException: cannot assign requested address.

Resolution
The "localmgmtip" statement in /opt/novell/devman/jcc/conf/settings.properties contains the wrong ipaddress.
Correct it and restart the appliance: /etc/init.d/novell-appliance restart

Cause
The Analytics Server was moved on another network segment, ip address was changed but the /opt/novell/devman/jcc/conf/settings.properties still contained the OLD ipaddress
