Android devices unable to reply to or forward messages

GroupWise Mobility Service 2014 R2 Support Pack 1


Android devices running the Google WebViewer application can no longer reply to, or forward, messages after the recent WebViewer update.  Also all of the users' statuses in the mobility web admin console are blank. The devices show status' of authenticated or idle, but the individual devices show nothing. And currently nothing is syncing

This has also been reported in the Android Forums


Unfortunately this is an android issue that we cannot fix.  The current work around is to disable the WebViewer application on the devices.
