Situation

LDAP import to add or update information in ZENworks database with empty fields does not remove the existing data in the database and may cause reporting to be inaccurate.

Resolution

An empty field in user source (no data, blank) does not translate to deleting data in ZENworks database.

Additional Information

Bug 1071372
Manually deleting data from fields by Editing the Inventory Report does not constitute "null" value.
These fields will need to be cleaned up and replaced with "null" values in the database.
