Unable to upload photos from iCloud Photo Library using Filr iOS app

Situation

Using the Filr mobile app for iOS, selecting photos that are synchronized using the iCloud Photo Library fail to upload to the Filr server. When the photos are selected, the upload progress bar stays at 0% and eventually fails to upload the photos.

Resolution

A fix for this issue is available in the Filr 3.3 Update.

Cause

The thumbnail image was not locally present on the iOS device for the upload request and there was no option selected to download the image first from iCloud library before attempting to upload into Filr mobile app.
