Situation

Starting with iOS 11, iOS devices store photos using the new HEIC format. When attempting to upload these photos using the Filr mobile app for iOS, the upload progress bar stays at 0% and eventually fails to upload the photos.

Resolution

A fix for this issue is available in the Filr 3.3 Update.
