Situation
Filr's mobile app for iOS allows 3rd party apps (such as Google Drive) to send files directly for upload using the Open-In action button. This only works if the Filr mobile app is already running in the background. If the Filr mobile app was forced quit from background, then using the Open In action fails to launch the Filr mobile app.
Resolution
A fix for this issue is available in the Filr 3.3 Update.
Note: With the fix in place, users may experience a delay ranging between 2-10 seconds after the Filr app comes up but before the file is opened. This delay issue is under investigation and a fix is expected in the next Filr update.
